Galveston Urban Ministries selected Paradigm Construction for the restoration of a long-abandoned building on the west end of Galveston. The project included a new addition to the existing building, resulting in an overall building area of 21,000 square feet. To offer some protection from future flooding, a flood barrier was constructed around the perimeter of the building. All new infrastructure was provided, along with complete interior finishes. The building serves as the new Legacy Center for the organization.
