Parkwood Baptist Church sold its longtime Houston campus and acquired four acres of property to construct its new Sanctuary and related site improvements. The new 10,000 square-foot structure includes a Worship Space that seats 295 people. The Church’s budget for the project was aggressive and required considerable effort on behalf of the Paradigm team and the design team to achieve the cost parameters for the project.
